5. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.

7. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information.
Clients must ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, etc.).
Clients must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during their trip.
8. Responsibilities of Maramego Peru Travel
To provide services as described in the confirmed itinerary.
To act as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
Maramego Peru Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers.
9. Liability and Limitations
Maramego Peru Travel shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or weather conditions.
The agency is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
The agency is not responsible for medical expenses, trip interruptions, or emergency situations.
11. Health and Safety
Clients must inform the agency of any medical conditions that may affect their participation in activities.
Certain tours may involve physical activity and inherent risks.
12. Use of Images and Testimonials
Maramego Peru Travel may use photographs or testimonials taken during tours for promotional purposes, unless the client expressly objects in writing.
13. Force Majeure
Maramego Peru Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Peru.
